Clinical Research Associate – Netherlands (Home-Based)

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join a dedicated single-sponsor team in the Netherlands. The Role
As a CRA, you will support the delivery of clinical trials across the Netherlands. You will assist with site management activities, act as a point of contact for investigative sites, and ensure adherence to study protocols, ICH-GCP, and local regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for CRAs who are looking to grow their experience in oncology within a supportive, sponsor-dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and sponsor SOPs.
- Perform source data verification, investigational product accountability, and maintain accurate site documentation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with site staff, providing support and guidance.
- Identify and escalate site-level challenges to ensure studies remain on track.
- Maintain trial documentation in CTMS, eTMF, and EDC systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 6–18 months of CRA experience (CRO or pharmaceutical company).
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and Dutch clinical trial regulations.
- Fluent in English & Dutch
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Based in the Netherlands, with flexibility for home-based work.
