Position: Clinical Fellow

Type: Contract

Compensation: $130/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Minimum of three months

Commitment: 20–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with research teams at a leading AI lab to evaluate and refine AI systems using your medical expertise.
• Develop diagnostic cases and create scoring rubrics to assess responses to these cases.
• Apply strong experience with medical lab panels to focus on lab-based reasoning tasks.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while advancing AI applications in medicine.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance and enhance medical reasoning capabilities.
  
  

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Currently in a U.S. based Fellowship program (excluding Radiology).
• Hold a U.S. based MD or DO.
• Strong experience working with medical lab panels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Interest in advancing AI applications in medicine and healthcare.
