What we are looking for:


We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and hardworking individual to help recruit Psychologists and Mental Health Counselors in The Netherlands to join the BetterHelp network. The perfect candidate will be interested in digital health, teletherapy, and impacting a fast-growing company. You are driven and motivated in hitting and exceeding monthly goals. You have a can-do attitude to help the team. You are a self-motivated individual who can generate results independently while staying focused on the team’s goals.


What will you do?

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls and appointments.
  • Handle a high volume of email inquiries.
  • Conduct outreach to potential providers using email and LinkedIn.
  • Continually strive for higher volume and optimization in recruiting counselors.
  • Enjoy great teamwork, have lots of fun, and take pride in building a world-class product that makes a difference in people's lives!


What you will not do?

  • You will not worry about “runway,” “cash left,” or “how much time we have until the next round”. We have startup DNA, but we’re fully backed and funded all the way to success.
  • You will not be bogged down by office politics, ego, or bad attitude. Only positive, pleasure-to-work-with people are allowed here!

Requirements:

  • Must be located in the EU.
  • Must be fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Ability to perform a high volume of appointments, emails, and other tasks consistently.
  • Consistently hit monthly goals and KPIs.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently without constant direct supervision.
  • Manage tasks promptly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Talent for engaging with people online.
  • Previous experience in sales, SDR, or recruiting is required.



Bonus (great but not required):

  • High-volume recruiting experience.
  • Sales experience.
  • Experiencing with marketplace-business models.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.



This is a contract position role that requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.
