Instructional Designer

Duration: 3 Month Contract (Possible extension)

Location: 100% Remote (Client located in Dallas, TX area)

*Must be able to work on W-2 basis


Job Description


Responsible for developing organizational development and training solutions to support clinician education for new product rollouts at this health company. Works closely with clinical subject matter experts (SMEs) to define required clinician competencies and design training aligned to clinical workflows. Creates materials and tools that ensure effective adoption of new workflows.


  • Partner with education team and clinical SMEs to define clinician workflow requirements.
  • Develop training aligned to real clinical workflows (contextbased, not featureonly).


Create blended learning materials, including:

  • Self-paced e-learning modules
  • Job aids and quick reference guides
  • Simulations for procedural or scenario-based practice
  • Plan for ongoing updates and revisions as products evolve.
  • Daily work hours may vary; not guaranteed to be a standard 8hour day.


Skill Requirements


  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, organizational development, clinical education, or related training roles.
  • Experience designing workflow-based training or procedural training strongly preferred.
  • Must have reliable highspeed internet for meetings and development work.
