Position:

As the Clinical Governance Administrator (CGA) you will be expected to support the delivery of Clinical Governance across PFAS and work closely with the Head of Clinical Governance and Assurance.

You will co-ordinate Clinical Governance meetings including setting up Teams, providing minutes of previous meetings ahead of time and collating the information needed to meet the Clinical Governance expectations both internally and externally. Using excellent communication skills you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel across the PFAS Team to schedule meetings, co-ordinate slide packs and information for Clinical Governance meetings.

As Clinical Governance Administrator you will have good knowledge and understanding of GDPR and ensure that professional behaviour, appearance and attitude are maintained, and the organisation’s policies, standards and procedures are adhered to, along with promotion of these to all staff.

Requirements:

Experience and Knowledge;

  • Experience of working within the benefits delivery system or in a healthcare setting
  • Experience of dealing with medical professionals and patients
  • Experience working in similar clinical governance settings
  • Experience of working remotely

Skills and Ability:

  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision in a proactive manner
  • Team worker who is flexible and has a positive attitude to learning and self-development
  • An understanding, acceptance and adherence to the need for strict confidentiality

Other information:

  • Salary depending on experience £28K-30k per annum
