Clinical Data Coordinator
Location: Canada (Remote)
A growing clinical research organisation is seeking a Clinical Data Coordinator to join its Biometrics team and support the delivery of high-quality clinical trials.
This is an excellent opportunity for a data-focused clinical research professional looking to further develop their experience in clinical data management, database maintenance, and study support within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support study-specific data management activities across multiple clinical trials.
- Perform data review, cleaning, validation, and query management activities.
- Maintain study databases and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
- Assist with database testing, validation, and maintenance.
- Contribute to the development of Data Management Plans and study-specific documentation.
- Coordinate data management activities with external vendors, including laboratories and eCRF providers.
- Support study metrics reporting and dashboard development.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience within clinical research, clinical data management, or biometrics.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial processes.
- Experience working with relational databases and data management systems.
- Familiarity with R programming is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Professional proficiency in both English and French.
