Requirements:
- Strong hands-on data analysis experience
- Experience working with BI teams and consuming curated datasets
- Tableau and/or Power BI experience
- Microsoft 365 familiarity, such as Microsoft Fabric
- Experience with healthcare data platforms (Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito)
- SQL (Postgres preferred)
- Ability to analyze clinical, operational, and financial data
- Strong data validation and quality assurance mindset
- Healthcare system experience
Day-to-Day:
- Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data
- Partner with BI team to enhance and interpret datasets
- Build dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI
- Write and optimize SQL (Postgres) queries
- Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Deliver insights that support quality, safety, and operational performance goals
- Support initiatives to accelerate reporting timelines
