Role Description
- Leads global clinical study agreement (CSA) negotiations, driving document finalization across legal terms and investigator budgets.
- Serves as the primary SME for CSA issues, providing strategic resolution and guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Engineers contract execution strategies and timelines, ensuring alignment with study start-up milestones.
- Develops contractual templates and payment terms in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Clinical Ops.
- Ensures budget compliance with Fair Market Value (FMV) and corporate standards during site negotiations.
- Manages real-time status tracking and systems updates for study-level progress.
Qualifications
- Min 2 years of experience as a contract specialist
- Min 2 years in clinical trial agreement
- Fluent English
