About the Opportunity
A specialised neuro company is expanding its clinical footprint in the Netherlands and is hiring a Clinical & Application Specialist to support its neuromonitoring portfolio in hospital environments.
This is a field-based, non-sales role, focused on education, training, and hands-on clinical support. You’ll work directly with clinicians and surgical teams, supporting procedures and ensuring best-in-class application of complex neurotechnology in real-world settings.
The role is open to both strong early-career profiles and experienced clinical specialists, with mindset, clinical aptitude, and communication skills being key.
What You’ll Be Doing
Clinical Support & Case Coverage
- Provide clinical and application support in operating rooms and clinical settings
- Support procedures through case coverage and real-time troubleshooting
- Act as a trusted clinical presence before, during, and after cases
Education & Training
- Deliver on-site training and education to clinicians, surgeons, and hospital staff
- Support onboarding of new users and ongoing clinical competency
Customer Partnership
- Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
- Serve as a clinical expert and point of reference for customers
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the local commercial team to ensure high-quality clinical support
- Capture clinical feedback to support product and service improvement
What They’re Looking For
✔ Background in clinical, biomedical, neuro, or life sciences (relevant diploma required)
✔ Interest in neurotechnology, neuromonitoring, or clinical applications
✔ Open to graduates through to experienced clinical specialists
✔ Confident communicator, comfortable in hospital and OR environments
✔ Hands-on, proactive, and patient-focused mindset
✔ Fluent in Dutch and English
