Position: Professional Domain Expert (Health/Medical)

Role Responsibilities
- Write realistic prompts reflecting real-world healthcare and medical scenarios
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, safety, and correctness
- Identify fabricated claims, incorrect references, or unsafe medical reasoning
- Assess usefulness and appropriateness of responses in practical healthcare contexts
- Score and rank model outputs using structured evaluation rubrics
- Provide clear, evidence-based written justifications for evaluations
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in a healthcare or medical field (e.g., MD, RN, MPH, or equivalent)
- Professional experience in clinical practice, healthcare, or medical advisory roles
- Familiarity with clinical guidelines, healthcare standards, and regulations
- Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to evaluate nuanced medical information
