As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you will be the key player between our clients and our Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) organization. You will drive revenue growth, ensure delivery excellence, and maintain strong client relationships. You will coordinate all CES-related activities within your account(s), represent the client’s voice internally, and be instrumental in executing strategic goals. Revenue Growth
- Partner with market leaders to develop strategic account plans
- Own and manage a pipeline of opportunities below $5M
- Lead efforts to ensure readiness for contract renewals and secure ongoing engagements
- Promote a growth mindset within CES teams to identify new business
- Leverage internal experts (Consulting Partners, Technical Leads, Industry SMEs) to uncover cross-selling opportunities
- Proactively generate and pursue new opportunities within client organizations
- Serve as the Voice of the Client within CES, representing their goals and expectations
- Map and connect client’s business goals to internal initiatives and technology solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape
- Approve deals under $5M
- Collaborate with market teams for accurate forecasting of revenue and margins
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met efficiently and effectively
- Lead a virtual team across all CES personnel assigned to your accounts
- Own client satisfaction metrics and drive quality of service delivery
- Interlock with delivery teams to ensure financial performance (margin) aligns with expectations
- Optimize project delivery via appropriate onshore/offshore ratios, team structure, and automation
- Oversee delivery of fixed-price projects to time, scope, and budget
- Accelerate the speed and efficiency of resourcing for client projects
- Revenue & Margin growth
- Total Contract Value (TCV) won
- Pipeline management (sub-$5M)
- Client satisfaction (Voice of the Customer / NPS)
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or consulting within the IT services industry
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence without authority
- Experience leading virtual and cross-functional teams
- A strategic mindset paired with operational discipline
- Fluent in English; Dutch is highly preferred
