About the Role 

As a Client Success Manager at Campaign Creators, you’ll be at the center of the relationships that power our agency. This role blends strategic thinking, client partnership, project coordination, and hands-on execution. You’ll guide clients through every stage of their journey with us, ensuring they feel supported, understood, and confident in the solutions we deliver. 


This is not a traditional outbound sales role. The role is heavily focused on client management, relationship building, project coordination, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Responsibilities of the Role 

  • Develop deep knowledge of client accounts and become a trusted advisor with your direct client contacts. 
  • Take ownership of client success from the initial call through implementation, including identifying additional needs and offering new solutions. 
  • Define clear objectives for each engagement by understanding and outlining what needs to be accomplished. Prepare for each meeting by setting agendas and establishing success criteria. 
  • Manage client service tasks, including handling requests for proposal details, forwarding inquiries to the relevant team or expert, assisting with contract information, scheduling client meetings and presentations, and additional related activities. 
  • Work closely with internal teams as a partner and driver of account success, leveraging high EQ and interpersonal skills. 
  • Work with the designated project manager to handle the production of all assets, from emails to premium content and landing pages, you’ve got an eagle eye on it all. 
  • Actively manage the project process, working with Project Managers to coordinate client participation as needed, and staying engaged throughout. 
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and actively seek ways to boost retention and account growth. 
  • Utilize HubSpot to oversee and develop new opportunities with current clients by tracking and advancing deals. 
  • Strategically use marketing assets to articulate the value proposition of our products and align them with the needs of the client. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our solution effectively.

Experience Required 

  • 5+ years of experience working in client-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or consultative sales. 
  • Experience working in a marketing, advertising, or design agency preferred. 
  • Experience within the HubSpot ecosystem preferred, including partner, internal, customer success, or agency environments. 
  • Experience working in a base + commission role with a quota 
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required). 
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and supporting account growth. 
  • Proficiency using HubSpot along with other mar-tech tools. 
  • Experience collaborating and working with internal teams. 
  • Foundational understanding of lead nurturing, marketing automation, sales motions, and website technology. 



Compensation and Benefits Package 

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential. ($70,000 - $80,000 + Commission based incentive program)
