We are looking for a Client Services Manager based in the UK who will serve as the central point of contact for our clients — both before a project is commissioned and in maintaining the relationship post-project. This is a relationship-driven, consultative role ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with clients, translating complex needs into actionable plans, and playing a key role in client retention.
About the Role:
The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing client communications and expectations before, during, and after project execution. You’ll take the lead on understanding client needs, assessing feasibility, coordinating with internal teams to prepare accurate proposals, and ensuring a smooth handoff once a project is commissioned. You’ll also stay involved post-project — gathering feedback, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to support clients on future initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from project briefing through to post-delivery follow-up.
- Engage with clients to understand their objectives, timelines, and recruitment needs.
- Assess project feasibility and collaborate with internal operations to prepare accurate costings, timelines, and proposals.
- Guide clients through the proposal and commissioning process, offering insight-driven recommendations.
- Participate in internal handovers to ensure successful project delivery once commissioned.
- Check in with clients post-project to gather feedback, identify improvements, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proactively identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support repeat business.
- Work closely with leadership to help refine client engagement strategies and account development processes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong client management experience, preferably within the market research or consulting sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- Confident managing teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across time zones.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with recruitment, fieldwork logistics, or respondent management is a strong advantage.
- Based in the UK and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
