Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing travel inquiries, concerns, and special requests
- Assist clients in booking and coordinating travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and tours
- Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences, needs, and budget
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and rebooking's, ensuring seamless communication and service
- Collaborate with travel suppliers to secure reservations, upgrades, and exclusive offers for clients
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and itineraries
- Ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience for clients, resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- Stay informed on travel trends, policies, and destination updates to offer clients the most current and relevant information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service background with a focus on client satisfaction
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Previous experience in travel, customer service, or hospitality is
- preferred but not required
