Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position located in Chicago, IL, for the role of Client Relationship Manager at CSA Partners Ltd. The Client Relationship Manager will oversee client communication, build and maintain strong relationships, address client needs effectively, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include liaising between clients and internal teams, managing client feedback, facilitating conflict resolution, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding client objectives and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to manage client accounts and coordinate feedback between teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in architecture or design industries is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and adaptability in managing client expectations
- Proficiency with CRM tools and project management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, architecture, or a related field
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, creative work environment
