Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Client Relationship Manager / Client Support / Junior Account Executive at Factory-X. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, assisting with daily client inquiries and troubleshooting issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project rollouts, and actively contributing to client-focused initiatives. The candidate will also manage and maintain data records, prepare reports, and track customer feedback to drive continual improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in client relationship management, customer support, and fostering trust with stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis, compiling reports, and tracking client metrics
- Experience in project coordination and teamwork across cross-functional teams
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of digital ecosystems, Industry 4.0 concepts, or manufacturing processes is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity
