What You’ll Do
- Learn about each business owner’s challenges and point them to the right merchant solutions
- Attend scheduled appointments in-person and follow up promptly
- Keep conversations warm and genuine
- Record updates and notes in the CRM
- Support your team’s overall engagement goals

- Experience talking with customers is helpful, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and willingness to learn
- Ability to stay organized in a remote setup
- Basic computer and online meeting comfort
