We are looking for a high-performance Client Acquisition Partner to close corporate contracts across the European and Caribbean markets.

THE ROLE (How You Operate)
- Remote & Autonomous: This is a 100% remote role. You operate on your own schedule. We do not micromanage; we measure purely by revenue velocity.
- High-Ticket Hunting: You will identify, pitch, and close high-growth scale-ups, enterprise brands, and government institutions.
- The Network: You will leverage LinkedIn, email outreach, and your own B2B network to book meetings and close retainer contracts ranging from €2,000 to €25,000+ per month.
THE TERMS (ZZP to In-House)
- Structure: This begins as an independent contractor (ZZP) position.
- Compensation: 100% Commission-based with aggressive, uncapped margins. Because you are selling high-ticket retainers and builds, a single closed contract yields a massive payout.
- The Pathway: Prove your lethality in the market. Consistent closers will be offered a highly lucrative, full-time in-house contract with a base salary + commission structure.
WHO YOU ARE
- A registered ZZP'er (Freelancer/Independent Contractor).
- A native or highly fluent communicator in Dutch and English (Papiamentu is a massive plus for the Caribbean market).
- You understand the digital landscape (Web, Marketing, ROI, Media Spend) well enough to command a room with a CEO or Marketing Director.
- You are ruthless in follow-ups and sophisticated in your pitch.
