Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.


Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) – Remote to join our client. This role involves handling Group Disability Claim inquiries via phone and email in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Respond to customer inquiries with care and professionalism

✔️ Provide technical support for online claim submissions (password resets, Manulife ID, troubleshooting)

✔️ Research and resolve inquiries efficiently using internal systems

✔️ Handle sensitive information with confidentiality


Must-Have Qualifications:

✅ Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken & written)

Medical terminology knowledge is required

✅ Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Proficient with computers and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team using Microsoft Teams
