Akkodis is seeking a Claims Analyst for a Contract job as a fully remote. ideally looking for someone with Experience in resolving liens with governmental and private lien holders.
Rate Range: $19/hour to $20/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities:
- Follows written procedures and scripts
- Uses proprietary software tools to access and review claim documents, enter claim decisions, and create escalations when needed
- Communicates immediately to leadership all obstacles to completing work
- Meets and exceeds departmental expectations for accuracy and productivity
- Utilizes documented team processes to ensure compliance with departmental standards
- Data entry and verification
Qualification:
- The Claims Specialist works on the full range of claims and correspondence to ensure the satisfaction of the goals and priorities of the team.
- The Claims Specialist also does their part to meet expectations of internal and external clients with respect to claim handling and Service Level Agreements.
