Position: City Guide Video Creator
Type: Part-Time Contractor
Compensation: Up to $25/hour
Commitment: (20 - 40 hours per week)
Engagement Length: 12 Weeks
Role Responsibilities
- Create 1–5 minute “walk-and-talk” videos featuring public places in your city
- Submit a minimum of 5 videos per week (avg. 3 minutes each)
- Plan, travel locally, record, and upload videos to Google Drive
- Deliver clear, conversational narration as a local guide
- Follow structured creative guidelines (introduction, body, conclusion)
- Provide accurate location details (name, address, or coordinates)
- Ensure filming in safe, public, legally permitted areas
- Coordinate with the Delivery Manager for feedback or clarifications
Requirements
- Comfortable speaking confidently on camera in English
- Creative, personable, and engaging presence
- Owns a smartphone or recording device with strong audio/video quality
- Reliable internet connection for uploads
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and meet weekly submission targets
- Must use the same email ID as submitted on the Agency Portal during ICF
Compensation Details
- Minimum 5 approved videos per week required
- Estimated effort: ~2 hours per video (prep + travel + recording)
- Approximate minimum weekly commitment: 10 hours
- Paid based on approved submissions (5 videos × 2 hours × hourly rate)
- No upper limit on additional high-quality submissions
