The Role
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Chief Talent Officer will own all aspects of talent acquisition and selection. You will be responsible for implementing and enforcing a Topgrading-based hiring system, ensuring leaders hire the right people, the right way, every time.
You will begin with one dedicated recruiter and a clear mandate: build the system first, then scale.
