Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). The CSO will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's strategic initiatives, overseeing business planning processes, and driving organizational growth and innovation. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market analysis, aligning company objectives with strategic goals, collaborating with executive leadership to identify opportunities, and ensuring financial sustainability through effective planning and resource allocation. The CSO will also monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence to guide decision-making and long-term planning.
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Business Planning to develop and execute long-term strategies for organizational success
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions
- Experience in Finance to manage budgets, forecast financial outcomes, and ensure fiscal responsibility
- Proven expertise in Executive Management to lead teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive organizational vision
- Effective communication and leadership skills to inspire teams and drive alignment across the organization
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategy or executive leadership roles
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable
- Experience in navigating dynamic and complex business environments, preferably in relevant industries
