NU Advisory Partners has been retained to lead the search for a Chief Operating Officer for a high-growth, private capital-backed services platform undergoing significant operational transformation. This executive will lead the buildout of a standardized, technology-enabled operating model, replacing fragmented workflows with scalable, high-reliability systems. The COO will own enterprise-wide operations, including full P&L accountability for 3 business units, and partner closely with leadership to drive performance, integration, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Operating model & infrastructure redesign and scalability.
- Own full P&L responsibility across multiple business lines.
- Drive operational performance aligned with revenue and profitability targets.
- Apply quantitative methods to reduce variability, improve consistency, and increase throughput.
- Partner with technology leadership to define and implement system requirements that enable automation and scale.
- Lead the transition from manual processes to technology-enabled workflows.
- Lead integration of acquired businesses into a unified operating structure.
- Build repeatable playbooks for onboarding, standardization, and performance alignment.
- Build operational discipline across leadership layers.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA from a top 25 educational institution is required.
- An undergraduate degree in science, technology, engineering or related fields is required.
- Consulting experience with a top tier consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, etc (or related IB experience) is strongly preferred.
- Senior operating executive experience within private capital-backed services or platform businesses with multisite exposure is strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with meaningful operational leadership roles.
- Proven success in managing large-scale enterprise P&L responsibility and driving EBITDA expansion.
- Geography - US based.
