Role Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day

operational functions, driving operational efficiency, and implementing strategic initiatives in

alignment with BlackBeltHelp’s mission. This role requires a visionary leader with strong operational

expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to scale processes across multiple functions including sales, customer success, delivery, and administration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring operational excellence across all departments.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and scalability.
  • Optimize business processes, workflows, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Establish performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Drive operational initiatives to improve customer experience, delivery quality, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor department heads, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and implement technologies and tools that enhance operational efficiency and data visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies across all operations.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, including operational integration when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a COO or senior operations executive in a fast-growing organization.
  • Strong understanding of operational management, process improvement, and strategic execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling business operations, including technology adoption and workflow automation.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges.
