Our client, a Fortune 500 manufacturing leader, is hiring a Chief Operating Officer to partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to scale performance, drive enterprise efficiency, and position the company for sustained global expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day enterprise operations across multiple business units and geographies
- Drive operational strategy aligned with long-term corporate objectives
- Oversee supply chain, procurement, logistics, service delivery, and operational infrastructure
- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, including digital, automation, and process modernization
- Establish KPIs and performance management systems across the organization
- Partner with CFO on financial planning, forecasting, and capital allocation
- Build and lead high-performing operational leadership teams
- Ensure operational risk management, compliance, and business continuity
- Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and execution excellence
Qualifications
- 15+ years of executive leadership experience in complex, multi-site organizations
- Prior executive experience in a Fortune 500 or similarly scaled enterprise
- Proven record of scaling operations and leading enterprise transformation
- Deep expertise in operational strategy, supply chain, and performance optimization
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility
- Experience leading teams and cross-functional organizations
