About the Role
We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a rapidly scaling $60M+ house of ecommerce brands operating in the pet, wellness, supplements, and personal care categories. The company runs multiple brands across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels and is entering its next stage of growth.
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to unify and lead the entire organization. All functional departments report into this role, including marketing, growth, operations, supply chain, people & culture, CX, finance alignment, and technology.
This is a high-impact executive role in a business with aggressive growth targets and a strong entrepreneurial culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full operating engine across all brands and departments
- Own marketing and growth performance as top priorities
- Oversee supply chain, logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and operational efficiency
- Build systems, processes, and teams that support rapid scale
- Collaborate with finance on forecasting, profitability, budgeting, and cross-functional KPIs
- Drive new product development, commercialization, and channel expansion
- Build a high-performance leadership team and strengthen organizational alignment
Requirements
- Experience of Senior leadership in ecommerce, DTC, CPG, wellness, pet, supplements, or related categories
- Experience leading marketing, operations, and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success scaling a company from seven/eight figures toward nine figures
- Strong background in performance marketing, lifecycle, or direct response (preferred but not required)
- Startup or rapid-growth environment experience is highly valuable
- Highly data-driven with strong financial and operational discipline
