- We’re hiring a COO to work side by side with the CEO and take charge of how the company operates and grows.
- This is a late co-founder type of role for someone who likes to build structure, drive execution, and scale a product used by thousands of job seekers.
- What You’ll Take Ownership Of
- Build simple, reliable processes across the company.
- Turn strategy into clear plans, timelines, and measurable goals.
- Keep teams aligned and projects moving.
- Lead acquisition and retention efforts in Europe and the US.
- Improve funnels, test new channels, and scale what works.
- Work closely with product and marketing to strengthen activation and conversion.
- Ensure our positioning and messaging stay focused and coherent.
- Help shape how users experience Jobgether, from first touchpoint to long-term engagement.
- Share responsibility for company decisions and prioritization.
- Bring clarity, speed, and ownership to daily operations.
- Act as the operational counterpart to the CEO’s strategic vision.
- Experience as a founder, COO, GM, Head of Ops, or similar senior operator.
- Background in SaaS or marketplaces.
- Strong execution skills: prioritization, structure, follow-through.
- Good grasp of growth, product, and analytics.
- Comfortable working fast with limited resources.
- Clear communicator, practical mindset.
- Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
- Real ownership and influence on the direction of the company.
- Daily collaboration with the CEO on strategy and execution.
- A remote and flexible work setup.
- Compensation: modest base salary + high bonus + significant equity package.
