Our Client is a leading cannabis marketing agency that empowers website owners with visitor identity insights, enabling access to valuable information even from visitors who don’t convert. Role Overview:

As a full-time, 100% remote Chief of Staff, you will play a key role in keeping the office operations seamless and supporting senior leadership. Your proactive and detail-oriented nature will help drive our Client’s success. This position is ideal for someone highly organized who thrives in a dynamic, remote work setting and can manage multiple priorities effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage executive calendars, handling scheduling across various time zones.
  • Participate in sales calls, providing introductory information to new prospects.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership.
  • Offer executive support, including scheduling and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding team members.
  • Keep executives on track with their schedules, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Draft contracts using provided templates and ensure documentation is properly maintained.


Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in executive support, office management, or project management.
  • Strong event coordination skills and project management abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to implement procedures and best practices to optimize operations.


Additional Details:

  • Location: Fully remote (Canada-based candidates preferred).
  • Compensation: Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 CAD per year.
