Accountabilities
- Serve as an extension of the CEO, managing priorities, projects, and professional relationships for maximum impact.
- Optimize the CEO’s calendar, travel, and meeting flow to align time with strategic company objectives.
- Initiate and manage external engagement with investors, advisors, strategic partners, and prospective clients.
- Lead and facilitate company-wide goal setting and tracking processes, including OKRs and cross-functional objectives.
- Anticipate operational risks, resource needs, and potential roadblocks, ensuring proactive resolution.
- Manage projects across departments, driving execution and accountability to achieve milestones.
- Act as a communication hub for the executive office, drafting internal updates, talking points, and ensuring clear messaging across the organization.
- 6–10+ years of experience in high-trust operational, leadership, or executive support roles.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with a CEO or senior executive in a high-growth company or startup environment.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and administrative skills with precise attention to detail.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills to influence stakeholders across all business functions.
- Ability to operate calmly, confidently, and decisively in fast-paced, high-stakes situations.
- Systems thinker with a track record of delivering measurable results through planning, execution, and OKR management.
- (Preferred) Experience in scaling internal operations in mid-sized startups or working with investors, board members, or executive-level programs.
- (Strongly preferred) Residence in the Boston area.
