- Drive alignment and decision-making across the executive team, pushing toward clarity and action.
- Oversee Decision Analysts across Revenue, Inventory, and Customer Segmentation, ensuring their work drives measurable business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve how the business operates and scales.
- Design and implement systems, including AI-enabled workflows, that improve communication, visibility, and execution.
- Identify organizational gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks and drive solutions that enhance performance.
- Take ownership of complex, ambiguous problems and drive them through to resolution.
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, product strategy, or similar roles.
- Proven track record of breaking down complex problems and driving scalable solutions.
- Strength in analytical thinking, systems design, and translating data into actionable decisions.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners, drive alignment, and execute with speed and precision.
- Experience working closely with executive teams and operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, marketplaces, or SaaS is a plus.
