About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff, Multi-Brand Operations to serve as a trusted right hand to highly entrepreneurial founders across multiple businesses, brands, and personal priorities.
This is a unique hybrid role for someone who can operate across product development, project management, multi-brand operations, digital marketing, ecommerce, team communication, vendor coordination, founder support, and lifestyle management. The ideal candidate is incredibly smart, highly capable, service-minded, eager to help, and energized by getting things done.
This person will help manage the flow between founder vision, business priorities, product development, digital marketing, team communication, personal logistics, special projects, and overall execution. They must be able to understand how different parts of a business connect, from bringing products to market and coordinating marketing campaigns to managing timelines, organizing people, tracking follow-through, and supporting the founders’ broader vision and lifestyle.
This is not a traditional executive assistant role. It is closer to a hybrid between Chief of Staff, Product Development Manager, Project Manager, Multi-Brand Manager, Digital Marketing Coordinator, Operations Partner, and highly capable founder-support partner. The right person will know how to organize chaos, anticipate needs, create systems, communicate clearly, use AI and technology to work smarter, and move quickly from idea to action.
The best fit is someone who is flexible and adaptable, and grounded in systems, follow-through, and accountability. They should be polished, proactive, emotionally intelligent, tech-forward, highly discreet, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
You must have experience in one of the following industries: beauty, cpg, personal care, food & beverage
Must be located in central or western US.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with the founders to organize priorities, projects, communication, and day-to-day execution.
- Help translate founder vision into clear plans, timelines, priorities, and next steps.
- Support the execution of business initiatives across product development, ecommerce, digital marketing, brand launches, operations, vendor management, legal, finance, and special projects.
- Create structure around business priorities, personal logistics, and founder lifestyle management.
- Manage timelines, follow-ups, calendars, meetings, tasks, and deliverables across multiple areas.
- Help turn ideas, conversations, and decisions into clear action plans.
- Serve as a key communication bridge between the founders, internal team members, external partners, vendors, advisors, and agencies.
- Track open items and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Support product development and go-to-market efforts by helping organize timelines, samples, vendor communication, launch tasks, approvals, marketing deliverables, and cross-functional follow-up.
- Support digital marketing and ecommerce projects by helping coordinate campaigns, creative needs, email/SMS timelines, website updates, launch calendars, agency communication, and reporting follow-up.
- Coordinate travel, appointments, events, lifestyle needs, and special requests as needed.
- Prepare summaries, agendas, project trackers, updates, emails, and follow-up communication.
- Use AI, automation, and modern productivity tools to improve organization, communication, planning, research, follow-through, and overall efficiency.
- Help build simple systems and processes that create clarity without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Know when to move quickly, when to slow things down, and when to escalate.
- Protect the founders’ time, energy, focus, and priorities.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.

Ideal Experience
- 5+ years of experience in executive support, chief of staff, operations, project management, founder support, brand management, ecommerce, product development.
- 5+ years experience within one of the following industries: cpg, beauty, food & beverage
- Experience supporting founders, CEOs, entrepreneurs.
- Strong understanding of how businesses operate, including product development, marketing, ecommerce, operations, team communication, vendor management, and project execution.
- Experience helping bring products, brands, campaigns, or business initiatives to market is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, ecommerce, email/SMS marketing, paid media, website updates, creative timelines, launch calendars, and agency coordination is a plus.
- Strong project management and follow-through skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly proficient with AI, automation, and productivity tools, including tools such as Claude, His Perplexity, Notion, Asana, Hubspot or similar platforms.
- Experience in beauty, wellness, ecommerce, consumer products, hospitality, creative businesses, or startups is a plus.
- Ability to work with both professional and personal matters while maintaining discretion and emotional intelligence.
