Scope of Work

The Chief Growth Officer is responsible for driving the strategic growth and expansion of the company's business operations. This leadership role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing the company's market presence to achieve long-term organizational goals. The Chief Growth Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by aligning business strategies with market trends and customer needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with Envera Health’s overall business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential business partnerships to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead negotiations and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business development initiatives with other departments.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of business development proposals and reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
  • Represent Envera Health at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
  • Drive the achievement of revenue targets and other key performance indicators related to business development efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all business development activities.
  • A minimum of 50% travel may be required.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience within the healthcare industry required, with a preference for sales experience selling to the C-suite on the provider side
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, partners, and clients
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team to achieve business development goals Envera Company Confidential
  • Proven track record building and executing on a targeted sales plan with solid sales process habits, leading to consistent quota achievement
  • Ability to identify needs of potential clients and offer company-based solutions to provide a positive ROI for the client and Envera Health
  • Strong organization, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge of the HubSpot platform or similar CRM
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
