Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire sales process from initial opportunity through to signed agreement.
- Develop and execute the agency’s overall growth strategy.
- Lead and optimise all demand generation activities across multiple acquisition channels.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships to generate predictable new business opportunities.
- Own CRM, forecasting, revenue reporting, and commercial operations processes.
Essential Experience:
- Previous experience owning revenue within a marketing, eCommerce, performance marketing, or DTC-focused agency.
- Strong commercial and sales leadership experience.
- Proven track record of growing agency revenue.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
- Deep understanding of the DTC and eCommerce landscape.
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
