Position Overview
A rapidly scaling, national professional services platform is seeking an experienced Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead and accelerate growth across its network of firms. This executive will be a key member of the senior leadership team and will work closely with executive management to convert growth strategy into consistent, measurable execution across multiple operating entities.
As the organization continues to expand its advisory and specialty service offerings, the Chief Growth Officer will play a pivotal role in building a coordinated growth engine that spans marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, and cross-service collaboration. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on leadership, with a strong emphasis on partnering with firm leaders rather than replacing them.
Key Responsibilities
