Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives
- Coach and mentor senior leaders and teams to drive business expansion and achieve ambitious targets
- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and lead innovative initiatives for scalable growth
- Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders and external collaborators
- Cultivate a culture of agility, continuous learning, and high performance
Key Qualifications
- Extensive experience in executive leadership, preferably as a CGO or in a growth-focused C-suite role
- Demonstrated expertise in business strategy, market development, and organizational transformation
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coaching skills
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA, Master’s, or equivalent experience)
- Recognized coaching certification is a plus
