We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, operations, and planning at a global level. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving growth, ensuring financial health, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business goals and shareholder expectations
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors
- Lead capital planning, risk management, and cash flow optimization
- Evaluate and lead M&A, investment, and expansion opportunities
- Manage and mentor finance, accounting, and procurement teams
- Build scalable systems and processes to support a growing, international organization
Your Profile
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance executive role
- Strong track record in financial strategy, planning, and risk management
- Experience in international finance, preferably in a fast-growing or multi-market company
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Fluent in English; German and/or French is a strong advantage
- CPA, CFA, or similar qualification; Master’s degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred
