Position Overview:

East 57th Street Partners is actively seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for one of our premier clients in the healthcare sector. This full-time, remote position is ideal for a dynamic leader with extensive experience in healthcare. The CEO will be responsible for driving the company's strategic direction, optimizing operations, and spearheading growth initiatives. This pivotal role requires adept navigation of the complexities of a private equity-backed environment.

Role Overview:

As the CEO, you will lead the overall strategic direction and leadership of the healthcare company, leveraging your experience to drive performance, optimize operations, and initiate growth projects.

Location and Travel:

This is a remote position. The successful candidate must be based in the Pacific Time Zone and be willing to travel 25-40% of the time. Company headquarters are located in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic direction and operations of the healthcare company, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of the business, including finance, operations, marketing, and sales.
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and market expansion.
  • Optimize operational performance, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Implement and maintain robust corporate governance and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with the private equity firm to align on strategic objectives and performance targets.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the executive team and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, including the private equity firm.
  • Represent the company in industry forums and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop senior leadership team members, driving professional growth and organizational success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Extensive experience in executive leadership within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in a PE-backed company.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $375,000 to $450,000 per year, depending on experience.
