Position Title: Chief Executive Advisor
Reports to: CEO / Board of Directors
Position SummaryThe Chief Executive Advisor serves as a trusted strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team. This role provides high-level counsel on corporate strategy, organizational development, major business decisions, and external stakeholder engagement. The Advisor leverages deep industry experience and executive judgment to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic advice and independent perspectives to the CEO and Board on critical business initiatives and long-term planning
- Support the development and execution of corporate strategy, transformation programs, and major investments
- Act as a sounding board for executive decision-making on complex or high-risk matters
- Advise on organizational structure, leadership effectiveness, and succession planning
- Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic transactions as needed
- Assist in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and strategic partners
- Represent the company externally when required, enhancing corporate reputation and influence
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and policy developments to inform executive decisions
- Extensive senior executive experience (CEO, President, Partner, or equivalent)
- Proven track record in strategic leadership, business growth, or organizational transformation
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and board-level decision-making
- Exceptional strategic thinking, judgment, and communication skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Experience advising CEOs or Boards in a complex or multinational environment
- Background in [industry-specific field, e.g., finance, technology, manufacturing]
- Experience with M&A, capital markets, or government and regulatory affairs
