This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Customer Officer at FormWise. The Chief Customer Officer will be responsible for overseeing customer experience strategies, managing key accounts, leading sales initiatives, driving business development efforts, and ensuring project success. The role will involve frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams and supporting the company’s vision to provide excellent service and foster customer satisfaction.
- Expertise in Account Management and Customer Experience to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in Sales and Business Development with a demonstrated ability to identify and capture growth opportunities
- Strong Project Management skills to oversee customer-focused initiatives and ensure timely and efficient execution
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver effective customer solutions
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities to guide teams and facilitate interdepartmental collaboration
- Proven track record in customer success strategy implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Industry experience in SaaS or AI-powered solutions is a strong advantage
