TradePronto is on a mission to revolutionize the B2B food supply chain across Europe and MENA with deep-tech marketplace and connect suppliers, distributors, and retailers with efficiency, trust, and speed. Global food sector wastes $1.5T of food that can feed all starving population, and we want to contribute to fixing that. We have built an MVP and secured initial traction. Now, we are looking for a hands-on commercial leader to help us grow into a multi-billion-dollar business.
We are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) / Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join as a Co-Founder and drive the commercial success of TradePronto. This is a rare opportunity for a proven leader in the food industry to leverage existing networks, build and lead a commercial organization from scratch, shape the growth trajectory of the company, and own it.
You will go All-In and charge everything commercial — from sales and partnerships to strategy and execution — working closely with the CEO and tech team to scale TradePronto to industry dominance.
- Leverage your existing food industry network to open doors and secure key accounts, partnerships, and strategic alliances. Retailers are of greatest importance
- Build and scale the sales & business development team from zero.
- Own the revenue strategy, go-to-market plan, and commercial KPIs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with large suppliers, distributors, and retailers.
- Drive the company’s revenue growth from MVP to multi-billion scale.
- Represent TradePronto at industry events and with strategic partners.
- Work as a true co-founder, rolling up your sleeves to do what it takes at every stage.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts alongside the CEO.
- Tenacity and strong desire to build your own mark and enforce it.

- Proven track record in commercial leadership roles in the food, FMCG, or B2B marketplace sectors.
- Existing strong network of relationships with food brands, distributors, retailers, or other key players.
- Experience scaling teams and revenue from early-stage to growth-stage.
- Strategic thinker who is also execution-oriented.
- Passion for transforming the food industry supply chain.
- Comfortable with an equity-first compensation structure until funding is secured.
