Position: Chemistry Expert

Role Responsibilities
- Develop realistic, domain-appropriate chemistry tasks across organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, and computational subfields
- Review AI-generated answers for conceptual soundness, accuracy, and adherence to accepted chemical theory
- Author original chemistry questions, scenarios, and datasets
- Identify incorrect logic, flawed assumptions, and computational errors in model outputs
- Provide structured feedback to support iterative AI model improvement
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Chemistry or a closely related field
- Strong experience in research, teaching, or applied chemistry in academic or industrial settings
- Strong analytical reasoning and scientific evaluation skills
- Excellent written communication with strong attention to chemical and scientific detail
