Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via live chat and email
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when needed
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential
Required Skills
- Excellent written English and fast typing speed
- Friendly and professional communication style
- Ability to multitask and work remotely with focus and discipline

Pay range and compensation package
