Main Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of qualified candidates in Eastern Europe
- Use direct approach strategies (sourcing, networks, active headhunting)
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and assess technical and behavioral skills
- Advise candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with client managers and HR teams to understand the desired profiles
- Monitor the job market and compensation levels in the region
Profile Sought
- Proven experience in headhunting / international recruitment
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CV databases, etc.)
- Understanding of the job market in Eastern Europe (ideally: Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Ukraine…)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Autonomy, results-oriented, strong client focus
