As the Channel Sales Manager, you will take the lead on the expansion of partner networks within the IT channel ecosystem. You’ll introduce a proven, customer-centric service model that helps partners increase competitiveness, win more deals, and elevate customer experience—while also reducing electronic waste.


What you'll be doing:

  • You’ll have full ownership of the sales cycle: from identifying and qualifying prospects to closing deals and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Build and expand a high-performing partner network across the DACH region.
  • Collaborate with partners to create compelling value propositions that align with their customer needs and sustainability goals.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology sales, ideally with IT hardware or services.
  • A strong network in the IT hardware / end-user devices space, especially in Germany.
  • Full professional fluency in German.
