We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solar Inverter/BESS Sales Channel Manager to drive our sales strategy and expand our market presence in the solar inverter sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy systems, particularly in inverter technology, and a proven track record in developing and managing sales channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for our solar inverter/BESS products
  • Identify, recruit, and manage a network of distributors, resellers, and system integrators
  • Provide technical and sales training to channel partners on our inverter product line
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials for channel partners
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and channel partner activities
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide market feedback and suggest product improvements


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar inverter sales or related solar energy products
  • Proven track record in developing and managing successful sales channels
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, particularly inverter technology
  • Excellent understanding of the solar energy market, including regulations and incentives
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time)
