Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development and market entry for nano-silicon materials
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, battery manufacturers, and integrators
- Manage the full sales cycle—from engagement to revenue
- Translate customer needs into product development plans
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline with strategic go-to-market execution
- Work closely with R&D to align solutions with market demand
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility
- B.Tech/BE/ME in Chemical, Materials, or Process Engineering preferred
- 7–10 years in B2B technical sales and business development in the EV battery sector
- Strong knowledge of battery value chain and materials applications
- Proven track record in technical sales, market growth, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills to bridge customer and internal teams
- Stable job history (minimum 2 years per role)
