Overview:

Forsyth Barnes is partnered with a large-scale Retail store Chain, they are currently undergoing massive Change in their IT organization, they are supporting multiple migrations, Agile frameworks, and Laptop upgrades, and they are searching for a change manager to help and support the Snr Director to support the large-scale change function.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
  • Work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
  • Manage stakeholders and communicate change effectively to ensure awareness and support.
  • Track and report issues, risks, and success measures related to change management efforts.
  • Develop survey questions for feedback to assess the effectiveness of change management activities.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of change management experience ideally supporting large-scale technology changes
  • Proficiency in creating and executing communication plans and collateral, including emails, town halls, and other relevant formats and methodologies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and anticipate the needs of business partners.
  • Experience working in retail and similar sectors, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities these sectors present
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences while establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere is essential to be successful in this role.
  • Proven record of developing a wide range of training materials, such as job aids, live training sessions, and recorded training content.
