- Change Management certification or accreditation (e.g., Prosci, or similar) from a recognized issuing body.
- Experience facilitating change management or training in any one of the following: Customer relationship management (CRM), Case management, ERP, banking, accounting, financial based systems or related systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics Finance, etc.) Demonstrated experience leading training activities and working as a Trainer for complex technology/software applications
- Demonstrated experience working as an Organizational Change Manager on at least 1 complex technology/software application project.
- Experience delivering training sessions in-person and online via web-based interactive technology (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Experience using SharePoint 2016 or higher.
- Experience working as an Organizational Change Manager on at least 1 project in a large organization or public service environment, impacting 100+ staff.
- Experience working as Trainer on at least 1 project in a large organization or public service environment, impacting 100+ staff.
- Experience defining and measuring project change success metrics and progress.
- Experience using MS Office 2016 products or higher versions.
