About the Role
You will lead change management efforts for the rollout of a unified ERP system (SAP S/4HANA) and standardised business processes. Your initial focus will be on ensuring smooth adoption and high engagement across multiple releases. Over time, you’ll also help embed new ways of working, capabilities, and cultural shifts.
What You’ll Do
- Adapt global change strategies to fit local needs and accelerate adoption.
- Drive communications and training plans to support employees through change.
- Partner with functional change leads and organisational development teams.
- Lead the local change management workstream and ensure timely execution.
- Coach senior leaders to act as effective change sponsors.
- Support managers and teams in managing transitions.
- Integrate change activities into project plans and deliverables.
- Anticipate long-term organisational impacts and develop strategies to address them.
- Monitor effectiveness and ensure business value is realised.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree-level education; additional qualifications in change management or organisational development are a plus.
- Background in coaching or psychology desirable.
- 5+ years’ experience leading organisational change projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams towards a common vision.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and creative.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
